Why we’d goWood-fired sourdough, Beach Buns and coffee make the bakery a simple Flinders morning stop.
Flinders Sourdough bakes naturally fermented loaves in the village's original wood-fired Scotch oven. The current range includes rye, seed and buckwheat, spelt and big boule loaves, along with Beach Buns and seasonal treats. Little Rebel coffee is served by the bakery team at 58 Cook Street.
The operator currently lists the bakery as open Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 2pm. Product availability can vary, so choose from what is on the counter and check the latest hours before travelling.
