Why we’d go

A distinctive hotel and vineyard setting that can make the accommodation and dinner the centre of the trip.

Jackalope is an art-led hotel on a Merricks North vineyard. Its Terrace Rooms, Vineyard Rooms and Lair Suites offer different spaces and outlooks. The operator specifically lists deep-soak baths and double-sided fireplaces for Lair suites; do not assume those features in another category. The hotel welcomes guests aged 12 and over; pets are not accepted except guide and service animals.

Doot Doot Doot serves dinner on site, with its own reservation. The operator lists breakfast among stay inclusions. Choose the exact room for its view and features, and confirm the current dinner, access and inclusion details before building an occasion around the stay.
