Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba are different operators in Fingal. Choose the springs first, then compare the accommodation format and inclusions for your dates.
Canvas stay · Peninsula Hot Springs
Garden View, Lake View and Secluded Pavilion glamping settings keep the springs on the same grounds.
Check before booking. Check the exact tent package, bathing access, guest age rules and arrival times. Reserve treatments or dining separately unless included.
Lodge room · Peninsula Hot Springs
Individual rooms in the Eco Lodges offer a different stay from glamping. Private bathing features vary by room type.
Check before booking. Compare the Springs Room and Peninsula Suite, then read the current package inclusions. A private bath is not a spa treatment booking.
Villa or room · Alba
The Sanctuary has five standalone villas and two premium rooms above Alba’s thermal springs.
Check before booking. Alba currently lists daily bathing, Thyme breakfast and one private-pool upgrade for both formats. Reserve spa treatments separately.

02 / Hotel and treatments
Jackalope is a hotel and treatment-spa stay in Merricks North. Its spa is at the hotel; it is not one of the Fingal thermal-springs operators.

Stay at the design hotel and build in a treatment, dining or time by the guest-only pool.
Check before booking. Check whether your room package includes a treatment. Otherwise reserve the spa separately. Pool and hot-and-cold facilities are for hotel guests.

These hotels are outside the springs precincts. Each operator lists a package pairing accommodation with bathing at a Fingal venue. A room-only booking does not imply bathing entry.
Flinders hotel · Peninsula Hot Springs package
The Stay and Bathe package pairs Quarters at Flinders Hotel with Peninsula Hot Springs Bath House bathing in Fingal.
Check before booking. Check package availability, blackout dates and bathing entry. Arrange your own journey between Flinders and Fingal.
Red Hill hotel · Alba package
Lindenderry lists an Alba Thermal Springs & Spa package with its Red Hill accommodation and bathing at Alba in Fingal.
Check before booking. Select the Alba package if you want bathing included, then confirm its terms and transport. A standard room booking is a separate choice.

Yes. Peninsula Hot Springs has glamping and Eco Lodges; Alba has The Sanctuary’s villas and rooms. They are separate operators in Fingal. Check your room and bathing inclusions.
No. The Quarters at Flinders Hotel package is linked to Peninsula Hot Springs. Lindenderry at Red Hill lists a package linked to Alba. Both involve travel to Fingal. Check availability and inclusions with the operator.
Do not assume it does. Jackalope has an on-site treatment spa and offers different room packages. Check your package and reserve a treatment separately when it is not included.
No. A day-spa visit does not include accommodation. An overnight stay includes a room; a facilitated retreat also needs a confirmed program and dates. Check what your booking includes.
Plan transport before booking. Staying at the springs reduces travel between room and bathing, but you still need to reach Fingal. For a Flinders or Red Hill package, arrange the journey to the separate springs venue.
