Mornington Peninsula Beach Club has five cottage units at Tootgarook near Capel Sound bay beach. The operator lists two two-bedroom units, two one-bedroom units and a studio. The kitchen and bathroom arrangement changes by unit: the studio has a microwave kitchenette and its private bathroom in a separate building within the fenced courtyard.
The property has a communal EV charger. Unit 1 is the specific unit with published step-free access, wide doorways, fixed grab rails and a shower chair. Ask the operator to confirm these features against your needs before booking. Units 3, 4 and 5 have outdoor bathtubs.
The operator describes all five cottages as pet friendly. Confirm the exact unit, dog conditions, EV charging arrangements and current availability directly.
