Past chefs have been MoVida and Farmer's Daughters; the 2026 line-up isn't announced yet.
The KBS Wine Club gets the early-bird ticket release and the discount. The general release tickets sell out within days, so set a reminder for the Stonier email and Instagram drop in late June.
Dress warm and bring a coat for the walk between the fires and the cellar door. Stay overnight in Red Hill or Merricks and make the Merricks General Store breakfast the next morning.
