Bass & Flinders Gin Masterclass

Three hours at the still in Dromana. Learn how gin actually gets made, blend your own botanicals, and walk out with a 500ml bottle of your own recipe.

Three hours at Bass & Flinders' Dromana still. You sit down with their gin expert, work through the history, smell every botanical they distil with, and then build your own blend on a small copper still. It ends with a cheese platter, a G&T, and a 500ml bottle of your own recipe labelled with your name.

Best suited to couples, small groups and team days. The graduate masterclass exists if you've done the first one and want to go deeper. Book three to four weeks ahead for a weekend slot.

Pair with lunch at Crittenden or a soak at Peninsula Hot Springs afterwards. Don't drive yourself home, you'll be over.

Keep planning
