Villa Mallorca is two suites in a Majorcan finca-style property in Mt Martha, with Mediterranean gardens, a salt pool, and bay and valley views. The architecture is pleasant. The setting is good. Neither of these is why the property has 212-plus TripAdvisor reviews that name the hosts independently and specifically across multiple years.
Paul Steel plays Spanish guitar on the terrace on no fixed schedule, it happens when he feels like it, which is most evenings. Sheree delivers home-cooked food to the room unannounced, because she thought you might be hungry. These are not services that appear in a hotel prospectus or on a booking site. They are what happens when two people build a hospitality operation around the thing they are actually good at, which is making guests feel like houseguests rather than customers.
