The typical failure mode of a corporate Peninsula weekend is an itinerary built backwards from what is easiest to book: a bus, a winery, a set-menu dinner. Book 8 to 12 weeks ahead for corporate groups on premium weekends. Book the private charter second once the Lindenderry dates are confirmed. Confirm the private dinner configuration with Lindenderry's events team at the same time as the accommodation block, finalising it once the Saturday date is locked.

Can the itinerary be invoiced to a company account?
Yes, in principle, but this requires direct arrangement with each operator. Lindenderry's events team and the charter operator both handle corporate group bookings and can issue tax invoices. Confirm the invoicing process with each operator at the time of contracting. Peninsula Insider cannot issue invoices for any component.
Does Peninsula Insider provide facilitation for the team session?
No. This package sequences the hospitality and tour components; it does not include any team session content, facilitation methodology, or L&D design. If a structured team session is part of the plan, engage an independent facilitator. The Lindenderry venue has meeting space and outdoor terrace that can support a structured session, but the facilitation itself is outside the scope of this package.
