Iluka is the Peninsula's group glamping venue. A bell-tent village plus two group lodges on 36 acres near Shoreham, with a private freshwater lake, bird hides, a challenge course, and canoe and SUP hire. Capacity to 100 guests across 30 structures. Shared camp bathrooms and a shared camp kitchen are the practical trade-off for the scale, this is an outdoor retreat, not a boutique glamping escape.
This is not a couples-escape product. The rate-per-head calculation changes depending on how many structures you book, and the appeal runs through the group dynamic, yoga weekends, corporate retreats, social weekends, hens parties. For an individual glamping stay, Peninsula Hot Springs is the right address. For a group that wants to own an outdoor venue for two nights, Iluka is the most capable product on the Peninsula by a considerable margin.
