In July, the swell regularly stacks up at Bushrangers Bay below the lighthouse, and the cliff-top boardwalk delivers views of breaking water that simply don’t exist in summer’s flatter conditions. The walk from the Parks Victoria carpark to the lighthouse takes fifteen minutes.
