A 90-minute guided sound journey in the PHS Wellness Studio, run on full-moon dates by Lucy Ennis of Sound Circle. The $150 ticket bundles the sound bath, herbal tea and superfood balls afterwards, and hot springs access from midday until close.
Who it's for: anyone who already likes meditation, breathwork or floats, and wants a deeper version with thermal bathing built in. Show up at 9:45am for the 10am start, bring layers (you lie down on the floor), and stay all afternoon in the pools.
