Peninsula Summer Music Festival 2027
Ten-day classical and contemporary festival across Peninsula wineries, churches and outdoor venues, 2 to 11 January 2027. Program TBC. 2026 featured baroque opera, The Bamboos, Karin Schaupp, Ensemble Offspring.
Ten days, multiple venues across the southern Peninsula, classical at the centre but with the contemporary and jazz flanks that have made the program properly interesting in recent years. 2027 dates confirmed 2 to 11 January. Program, artists and ticketing not yet announced.
The 2026 edition ran 18 events and gives the shape: baroque opera, The Bamboos for the jazz crowd, Karin Schaupp on classical guitar, Ensemble Offspring, AYO Young Artists, Ensemble 642. Venues: Flinders Civic Hall, Montalto, Port Phillip Estate, Peninsula Hot Springs, St John's Anglican Flinders.
Tickets typically release October. Multi-event passes are the smart play if you're committing to a long weekend. Pair with a vineyard stay and proper meals between concerts.
