Why we’d go

The Peninsula's most unexpected fine-dining cross-pollination, and the only room on the ridge where the wine list was chosen specifically to stand up to tamarind and curry leaf.

Many Little is built on a collision that should not work and absolutely does. The project comes from the Polperro winery team, the setting is a European-style wine bar on the Red Hill ridge, and the menu is built on Sri Lankan flavours and techniques, curry leaves, tamarind chutney, pickled lime, coconut, hoppers, spiced sambols, plated with the discipline of a modern dining room rather than a suburban curry house. There is nothing else like it on the Peninsula.

The wine list leans natural and small-producer, deliberately chosen to stand up to the bright, tangy, spice-forward flavour profile. The pairing conversations with the team are one of the genuine pleasures of the room. Order the full sharing menu if it is available. Try the curry leaf cocktail. These are not upsells, they are the format.

Book for dinner. The room is doing something genuinely original and it rewards the commitment of a full evening.

If you only do one thing

Book for dinner, order the full sharing menu, and ask the floor team to pair the wines, the cross-cultural collision only lands completely when you go the whole way.
